Founded in Brampton, Ontario, BDS Organization (Bds Organization) brings together passionate volunteers, community leaders, and partners to address local challenges through sustainable programs and collaborative action. A structured mentorship initiative connecting youth aged 14–21 with professionals from diverse fields. Includes workshops, one-on-one mentoring, career guidance, and leadership development sessions held monthly in Brampton.
